Nourishing JSHealth Bolognese – JSHealth

This is my go-to wintertime warming supper that basically only usually takes 10-15 mins… Satisfy my wholesome bolognese that leaves you experience so satisfied. You can provide the sauce with “zoodles” for a pasta different (these are simply just zucchini spiralised into strips like spaghetti!), or any pasta of your alternative. Substances:

1 tbsp additional virgin olive oil
1 red onion, finely diced
1 garlic clove, crushed

4 zucchini
20g (.7oz) parmesan, shaved, to provide

Strategy:
