4 Homemade Healthy Popsicle Recipes (with my #TinyChef!)

Summer time snack time in our fam is all about the popsicle. (Maybe you’ve observed me and my #tinychef helper make them alongside one another on a latest IG reel?!)

But really…. what’s not to like?! Popsicles that are Genuine Foods based (aka nutrient dense), designed with items you previously have on hand, are so basic & effortless to do, and have all the Joy that the keep bought versions do (but without having all the chemical compounds, significant fructose corn syrup, red dye #40, further sugar, etc).

Aka popsicles you can sense good about serving & ingesting your babes (and that will not lead to a blood sugar crash immediately after).

Honestly, these are the critical (along with hydration & resting) to hold the summer months enjoyable rolling IMHO. All manufactured with components you possibly presently have!

4 do-it-yourself summer season popsicle recipes

BTW, my preferred popsicle mildew to use are THESE. They are the best measurement for littles to love (much less mess!), and the popsicles pop out conveniently. The finest!

Blackberry Coconut Popsicles:

1 cup blackberries (or regardless of what summer time fruit you have & like!)

1 cup coconut milk from the can (full excess fat)

1-2 tsp maple syrup

Mix all alongside one another & pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least an hour.

Peaches & Product Popsicles:

1 massive ripe nectarine or peach

1 cup coconut milk (from the can, comprehensive body fat)

1 tsp maple syrup (or depart out for babies, like I did in this video clip with the ice cube trays, and then add maple and blend once more for even bigger young ones).

Mix all alongside one another & pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least an hour.

Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Popsicles:

1 cup strawberries (or whatever summer fruit you have & appreciate!)

1 cup Greek yogurt (full excess fat)

2 tsp maple syrup (bc strawberries are extra tart than most other summer fruit, usually we do 1 tsp with other fruit).

Mix all collectively & pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for at minimum an hour.

Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Popsicles:

1 cup (ish) entire fats Greek yogurt

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

1-2 tsp maple syrup (or more if you have a sweeter palate).

Mix. Pour into popsicle molds. And delight later on.
